These terms govern your use of to0ls ("the Service"), operated by to0ls ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
to0ls is a curated marketplace for AI developer tools -- including Claude Code skills, MCP servers, bundles, workflows, agents, and templates. We discover, organize, and distribute tools that help developers build with AI. Some tools are free, some are paid, and some require a Pro or Elite subscription.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@to0ls.com.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for abusive purposes.
All payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as the Merchant of Record for to0ls. Polar.sh handles payment processing, sales tax, and billing on our behalf.
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Polar.sh at checkout.
Refunds. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available. However, we may issue refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis -- for example, if a product is significantly not as described. To request a refund, contact hello@to0ls.com within 14 days of purchase.
Subscriptions. Pro and Elite plans are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
The tools, skills, MCP servers, and other products listed on to0ls are owned by their respective creators and are subject to their respective licenses. to0ls curates and distributes these tools but does not claim ownership of third-party content.
The to0ls brand, website design, original content, curation, and editorial material are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our proprietary content without permission.
When you purchase a tool, you receive a license to use it as described in its listing. This license is personal and non-transferable unless the listing states otherwise.
If you submit a skill, MCP server, or other tool for listing on to0ls, you retain ownership of your work. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submission on the to0ls platform.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any submission at our discretion -- for example, if it violates these terms, contains malicious code, or doesn't meet our quality standards.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tools listed will meet your specific requirements.
Third-party tools listed on to0ls are provided by their creators. We curate and review submissions, but we cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of every tool. Use them at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, to0ls and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless to0ls and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. law. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
