Common questions

Who can apply to the partner program?

Anyone who creates content for developers, AI engineers, or Claude Code users. We welcome YouTubers, newsletter authors, bloggers, educators, open-source maintainers, and community leaders. Minimum 1K followers or subscribers on any platform.

How does the 30% recurring commission work?

When someone clicks your affiliate link and subscribes to Pro ($12/mo) or Elite ($29/mo) within 90 days, you earn 30% of their subscription payment every month for as long as they stay subscribed. That's $3.60/mo per Pro referral or $8.70/mo per Elite referral — recurring.

What's the difference between Affiliate and Ambassador?

Affiliates get 30% commission with a 90-day cookie. Ambassadors are invited top-performers who get 40% commission, 120-day cookie, quarterly bonuses, early access, and a direct Slack channel with our team.

How do creator revenue shares work?

If you list a skill, MCP server, or workflow on to0ls, you earn 70% of every sale. We handle hosting, billing, distribution, and support. You focus on building great tools.

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts happen monthly via Polar with a $50 minimum threshold. You'll receive payment by the 15th of the following month for all commissions earned in the previous calendar month.

Can I be both a creator and an affiliate?

Yes. Many of our best partners list their own tools on to0ls AND refer others to the platform. You earn revenue share on your tools plus affiliate commission on referrals — they stack.

What tracking and analytics do I get?

Every partner gets a dashboard with click tracking, conversion rates, active referrals, revenue earned, and payout history. Creators also see install counts, ratings, and engagement metrics for their tools.

Is there a cost to join?

No. The partner program is completely free to join. We only make money when you make money.
